Puzzibly Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and iota, the maker of the Puzzibly app ("Puzzibly", "we", "us"). By downloading or using Puzzibly, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Puzzibly

Puzzibly is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use Puzzibly and to make purchases.

Your use of the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use Puzzibly on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, or use modified versions of the app to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer, Ranked Match, Card Clash, or leaderboards;
• interfere with the app, its servers, or other players' games;
• copy, sell, or redistribute the app, its puzzles, cards, artwork, or other content;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

Player names and fair play

Other players can see your player name and game results. Do not use a player name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or contains personal details such as your full name or phone number. We may change or remove player names, remove players from leaderboards, groups, or seasons, or restrict access to multiplayer features if we believe these terms have been broken.

Coins, XP, and other in-game items

Coins, XP, streaks, badges, cosmetics, ranks, and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. They are stored on your device, so uninstalling the app or changing devices can remove them. We may change how they are earned or used, for example to keep the game balanced.

Puzzibly Premium

Puzzibly Premium unlocks extra features, such as the full puzzle library, unlimited Ranked Match play, the Daily Challenge archive, and Extended Stats. The features included are described in the app before you buy, and we may add, change, or remove Premium features over time. Premium never changes how a match is scored, matched, timed, or ranked.

Premium is offered as:

• Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, which renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel;
• Lifetime, a one-time purchase that does not renew.

Payment and renewal

Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are charged to that account. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown before you confirm a purchase, and may vary by country. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. If we change the price of a subscription, the store will tell you before the new price applies, as its rules require.

Free trials

The Monthly and Yearly plans may include a free trial for new subscribers. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you buy a different plan during a trial, any unused part of the trial ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds directly, except where the law requires it.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall Puzzibly or use a new device signed in to the same store account, use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen to get your Premium back.

Puzzle content

We research every puzzle, fact, and card carefully, but mistakes can slip through. Puzzibly is for fun and learning and is not an authoritative source; please double-check anything important. If you spot a mistake, tell us at support@puzzibly.com.

Changes and availability

We may update, change, or stop offering any part of Puzzibly, including puzzles, modes, and features, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. If we stop offering Puzzibly Premium altogether, we will tell you in the app, and refunds for paid periods will follow the store's policies and the law.

Our content

Puzzibly, its puzzles, cards, artwork, characters (including Puzzly the capybara), and other content belong to iota or its licensors. These terms do not give you any ownership of them.

Disclaimers

Puzzibly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, iota is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Puzzibly, such as loss of data or in-game progress. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Puzzibly Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Puzzibly at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any subscription in your store account. We may suspend or end your access to multiplayer features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you live elsewhere, you also keep any protections the consumer laws of your country give you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app. If you keep using Puzzibly after a change, the updated terms apply.
